§1 General

LISA YANG is run by Lisa Y & Co AB (Swedish registration no 556921-0387), with address Riddargatan 17D, 114 57, Stockholm. LISA YANG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to LISA YANG’s website on www.lisa-yang.com, covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters online with Lisa Y & Co AB, hereinafter referred to as LISA YANG. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated continuously, therefore we ask you to read the terms and conditions before every order you place at the website.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental permission to order from us. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. LISA YANG presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.lisa-yang.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

 

 

§2 Products and Pricing

Prices on lisa-yang.com are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), British Pound (GBP), Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), and Swiss Franc (CHF), depending on your location.

All prices shown are total prices. Within the European Union, this includes local VAT. For orders shipped to the United States, prices exclude local sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your cart and shipping address. For orders shipped outside the EU and US, local sales tax and customs duties may apply depending on whether the order is shipped DAP or DDP (see §5 for details). Delivery costs are not included in the product price; please see §5 Shipping for shipping costs by country.

LISA YANG reserves the right of updating errors that may relate to product information, pricing, and availability without prior notice, as well as the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. LISA YANG works for all photos to be as representative as possible on the site but cannot guarantee hundred percent true appearance. There may occur minor color deviations.

 

 

§3 Order and Confirmation

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from LISA YANG to the e-mail address you submitted at checkout. This order confirmation also serves as proof of guarantee for full payment. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated at the website, LISA YANG will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase.

 

 

§4 Payment

Our payment provider is Shopify Plus, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.

We accept the following payment methods:

When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once LISA YANG has accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation.

Payments are made in SEK for shipments to Sweden, DKK for shipments to Denmark, NOK for shipments to Norway, EUR for shipment within the European Union and other non-European countries, GBP for shipments to the UK, CHF for shipments to Switzerland, and USD for shipments to the US. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

 

 

§5 Shipping

All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. This means no additional customs charges and no need to provide a Social Security Number upon delivery.

5.1 Shipping options, delivery times, and costs:

* UPS Ground Delivery: 2–3 business days, free of charge

* UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery: 1–2 business days, 20 USD

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. If LISA YANG is unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, customers will be informed promptly with the reason for the delay. In the event of a delayed delivery, customers have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.

Please note: If you choose to use any third-party forwarding services to complete your delivery (including, but not limited to, delivery to a neighbor or leaving the parcel in a designated “safe place”), LISA YANG cannot be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or delayed after delivery to the address stated on your invoice.

 

5.2 International shipping

International orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium, Europe, and are delivered to the address specified at checkout. We ship on a DDP-basis to Switzerland, Norway, Canada and the UK. This means that all relevant taxes and customs duties will be included in the price total. For orders to the rest of the world, orders are shipped on a DAP-basis, meaning local taxes and duties may apply. Please contact your local custom institution for more information.

  

5.3 Unclaimed shipments
To cover costs, LISA YANG charges -30 EUR for any shipped unclaimed orders. If you have ordered an item and changed your mind after having it picked up, you may return the package to us and be refunded for the returned item. You will however cover the return shipping cost. Read more about the terms of purchase in §6 below.

  

 

§6 Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns must be sent back in unused condition and with their original packaging and hang tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the piece shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the piece(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Please note that any returns must be shipped using the shipping labels provided. We don’t accept returns sent with a third-party shipping service. 

We don’t accept returns or claims of LISA YANG pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

 

6.1 Returns within the US

We offer free returns on all US orders. To return an order, please submit your request via our Return portal and follow the steps outlined on the Returns page.

We will contact you via email when we have processed your return.

 

6.2 Returns within the EU

To return an order, please follow the steps outlined on the Returns page.

6.3 Returns for orders from rest of the world

To return an order, please follow the steps outlined on the Returns page.

 

6.4 Exchange policy

If you want to exchange a piece for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

 

6.5 Refunds

The following amount will be deducted from the refund total when making a return or exchange: Returns from Sweden: -75 SEK, returns from Denmark: -90 DKK, returns from Norway -290 NOK, returns from the EU countries: -20 EUR, returns from Switzerland: -25 CHF, returns from the UK: -20 GBP, returns from Canada: -30 CAD, and returns from rest of the world: -25 EUR. Returns from the US are free of charge.

 

  

§7 Faulty Goods

LISA YANG guarantees goods free from errors at delivery. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team on customerservice@lisa-yang.com as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Please note that items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All complaints must be approved by LISA YANG before the goods are sent back. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged with a new item within 2 to 3 weeks. If you choose to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that replacement is subject to availability.

 

 

§8 Damaged Goods and Missing Packages

8.1 Damaged goods
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please report immediately to the post representative where it was picked up. As a customer, you have no obligation to accept damaged goods. In the case of hidden damages these should be reported within seven working days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Team on customerservice@lisa-yang.com and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging.

 

8.2 Missing packages
If your delivery lacks any package, this shall be reported promptly to the post representative. Please contact our Customer Service Team on customerservice@lisa-yang.com.
