How to make a return

 

1) To return an order, please visit this page and fill in your order number and shipping zip code to generate a return shipping label. The return label will be downloadable as a PDF once you have entered your details.

2) Please use the original packaging to return your pieces, including the poly bags, with all hang tags attached.

3) Attach the return shipping label to the box, and drop it off at any nearby Service Point. You can find the nearest Service Point by using the locator in the return portal. 

4) Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed, from the day it is received at the warehouse.

5) Enjoy free returns on all US orders. You will get notified via email when your refund has been processed. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

Returns policy

We offer free returns on all US orders.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns must be sent back in unused condition and with their original packaging and hang tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the piece shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the piece(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Please note that any returns must be shipped using the shipping labels provided. We don’t accept returns sent with a third-party shipping service. 

We don’t accept returns or claims of LISA YANG pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

 

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a piece for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

 

Claims

If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue. We are only handling claims of orders placed at LISA-YANG.com.
