Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping (-30 USD) will be deducted from your refund. This applies to returns, exchanges and unclaimed orders.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
Returns with DHL Express
* Please advise the reason for the return by completing the attached return form to your order.
* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the polly bags.
* Contact us on customerservice@lisa-yang.com to get your return shipping label. Please specify which items from your order you would like to return.
* Print the provided return shipping label and put it on the outside of the package. Please cover the original shipping label to avoid confusion.
* The provided return shipping label is the only document needed for the shipment (it is sent PLT, paperless trade, meaning the commercial invoice has already been provided digitally to DHL Express).
* Please drop off your return at your nearest DHL service point or contact DHL US to discover local pick-up options.
* Within 5 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we charge -30 USD for the return shipping when you return or exchange your order. This cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order by following the steps above and then place a new order on our website.
Claims
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
